Meet Allison
Allison Pickett has never been content with one way of seeing the world. Her curiosity — and a deep commitment to helping people access the full scope of their own possibility — is what built AMPlify.
She built and led high-performing teams across multiple functions at Capital One, recruited and placed CXO and senior executive talent at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles, consulted at the Corporate Executive Board, taught through Teach for America, and advised leaders from early-stage startups to the Fortune 10.
Allison is committed to expanding opportunity. She currently serves on the boards of The Feminist Press (CUNY), Didlake (adults with disabilities), and Washington Urban Debate League (Title I schools).
She holds degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and American University. She also is an ICF member coach with extensive training from the Co-Active Training Institute and specialized continuing education through Harvard Medical School in lifestyle and wellness coaching.
